Outstanding A Level Results at South Wilts

Another outstanding set of A Level results at South Wilts with a 100% pass rate and a fantastic 79% of all the A level results at A or B grades, which is up on last year's 75%.

156 girls took A Level examinations this year, with 19 students gaining four or more A grades and 52 students gaining three or more A grades.  Marissa Lewis gained five grade As, a remarkable achievement!

The vast majority of our students have places at their chosen universities, with four students, Lydia Knyvett, Joanna Raisbeck, Lauren Stephens and Amy Whetstone, having places at Oxford and three students, Jessica Cross, Hester Davies and Claire Garnett,  having places at Cambridge.

Twins have excelled in different subjects.  Jasmin and Shireen Shahnavaz, have gained five grade As and a B between them.  Jasmin will be studying medicine and Shireen, who joined South Wilts from St Edmund's, will be studying history at university.

All our students, whether they have been with us for seven years or joined us for the Sixth Form, have achieved a deservedly high level of success. These excellent results are a credit to all the hard work of students and staff and the support of parents and friends.
