Huge congratulations to our incredible KS4 public speaking team – Charlie, Saachi, and Arushi – who reached the Grand Final of the ESU Public Speaking competition, placing them in the top 6 out of 300+ teams nationwide! It is an outstanding achievement and we are so proud of how they excelled whilst doing something so nerve wracking!
A special mention to Charlie, who was crowned best speaker in the competition overall. She has also been selected as the UK public speaking representative in the international competition next year – an extraordinary honour and we can’t wait to see her continue to shine on an international stage!
We also want to give thanks to our brilliant Sixth Form mentors, Cameryn and Fiona, for their invaluable support as our teams wouldn’t have succeeded without their encouragement and hours of practice.
