Our Parent Portal is called Talaxy. Please use the portal to view information such as attendance figures and timetables, as well as to update emergency contact details, report absences and view student reports.

How do I access Talaxy (Parent Portal)?

You will receive an email inviting you to sign up for Talaxy. Simply click on the link in the email to create your account. You can register using your email address or sign in with Google and Facebook, for example.

Once you have signed up and verified your account you can access the site at any time by clicking the button above or visiting https://swgs.talaxy.app.

Is there an app I can install on my phone?

Talaxy is a progressive web application. This means no app updates or incompatibilities and it offers the same functionality regardless of the device you use.
You can install it as an app on your mobile or desktop device as follows:

Android

1. On your Android device, open your browser.

2. Go to Talaxy https://swgs.talaxy.app and log in (log in option is top right)

• Chrome – Tap the three dots at the top of the screen and select Install app.
• Edge – Tap the three lines (bottom right) and find and select Add to phone.
• Samsung browser – Tap the three lines (bottom right) and select Add Page To. Then select Home Screen

3. Follow the onscreen instructions.

Apple

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open your browser.

2. Go to Talaxy https://swgs.talaxy.app and log in (log in option is top right)

• Safari/Chrome – Press the share button and then select add to home screen then add

3. Follow the onscreen instructions.

Once you have the Talaxy shortcut on your phone it is a good idea to setup notifications:

1. Log into Talaxy
2. Click on the person icon in the top right of the app.
3. Click on your name.
4. Click on Subscribe.
