The Lost Property office is open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 1230 and 1300. Additional opening times are arranged at the end of each term.

Named items handed in to lost property will have a notification emailed to students, requesting collection.

If a student wishes to report a missing item, they (or their parents) should email Mrs Lawrence at rjl@swgs.wilts.sch.uk giving a description of the item.

Parents are reminded to name all belongings their child brings in to school, particularly PE kit, school uniform, coats and trainers.  Students will receive notification of their missing item quickly if it is named.

Unclaimed items will be cleared at the end of each term.
